Teams at Temenos

Provide L3 product and production support including build and release management, environment administration, deployments, source control maintenance, CRM (JIRA) administration, automation of operational procedures, and ad hoc administrative tasks supporting client deliveries and onsite consultant logistics.

Provide technical support for Temenos products: analyze and resolve client tickets within SLAs, document defects and root causes, liaise with development, guide clients during implementations/upgrades, contribute to knowledgebase, build analysis tools, and perform onsite troubleshooting during go-lives. Work in a 24/7 support environment.

Provide technical support and incident management for Temenos Transact (T24) clients. Diagnose and resolve issues across T24 core, Java customizations, and integration layers (TAFJ, OFS, REST), collaborate with development/infrastructure/DBA teams, perform RCA, implement fixes or workarounds, and maintain SLAs and client communication.
