Lead end-to-end delivery of a Java-based insurance product for global clients while providing hands-on technical leadership. Responsibilities include Java/J2EE development, architecture decisions, REST API and microservices implementation, code reviews, modernization, team mentoring, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and client communication. The role requires substantial insurance-domain expertise, technical project management, and active coding experience.

Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for General Insurance and Property & Casualty initiatives. The role translates business needs into functional specifications and user stories, collaborates with development and QA teams, performs gap analysis, supports UAT and sign-off, maintains process documentation, and facilitates stakeholder workshops. Candidates should have insurance domain expertise across policy administration, claims, underwriting, or billing, along with strong stakeholder management and experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.

Develops and optimizes Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code, including complex queries, indexes, dynamic SQL, packages, procedures, functions, cursors, and collections. Performs DML and DDL operations, exception handling, logging, debugging, and performance tuning in production environments. Collaborates with application teams on database integration and may support modernization or migration projects.
