It is an onsite Houston position with occasional travel to other Texas offices.

Manages digital marketing campaigns, SEO, websites, landing pages, lead magnets, marketing automation, and performance reporting. Responsibilities include optimizing Meta ad funnels, maintaining WordPress sites, implementing SEO improvements, managing HubSpot and Zapier workflows, tracking conversions with analytics tools, and supporting webinar campaigns. The role requires independent project ownership across multiple concurrent initiatives and collaboration with intake, sales, and development teams.

Supports criminal defense attorneys from intake through case resolution by organizing files and discovery, tracking court dates and deadlines, preparing and e-filing pleadings, building trial notebooks, communicating with clients, and coordinating with bond companies, jails, and pretrial services. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, strong organization, and experience managing deadline-driven criminal cases.
