Lead and scale North America immigration operations, manage complex US and Canadian cases (H1B, PERM, L1, Express Entry, LMIA), ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with stakeholders and external counsel, and oversee deadlines, documentation accuracy, and team performance.

Coordinate US and LATAM recruitment activities: manage ATS, track candidate pipelines, source and screen candidates for analytics roles, plan interviews, support offers and negotiations, liaise with hiring managers and vendors, and perform recruitment administrative tasks.
