Lead and scale North America immigration operations, manage complex US and Canadian cases (H1B, PERM, L1, Express Entry, LMIA), ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with stakeholders and external counsel, and oversee deadlines, documentation accuracy, and team performance.

Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, talent and performance management, PIP governance, HR analytics, employee relations, retention and succession planning, policy and compliance, and culture and change initiatives supporting North America-based employees.

The Sr. Associate of HR Analytics & Reporting will manage HR dashboards, report generation, compliance, payroll, employee engagement, and enhance HR operations.
