Lead translation of enterprise and operations strategy into execution roadmaps and transformation programs. Design scalable operating models, governance, and workforce plans. Drive end-to-end delivery with technology and business stakeholders, define metrics, monitor outcomes, and present progress to senior leadership while coaching teams through change.

Lead API and backend web service testing: write and execute test cases, investigate defects and logs, maintain and expand automation and regression suites, enhance continuous testing and build pipeline jobs, and collaborate with engineers and product owners to ensure production quality.
