Leads software testing for complex financial-services projects and programs. Responsibilities include test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, automation, metrics, process improvement, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and third-party oversight. The role manages large, geographically dispersed teams, drives testing transformation, ensures quality across the full testing lifecycle, and aligns testing delivery with business goals. Experience with insurance, life and pensions, Agile, DevOps, ALM, JIRA, and test automation is required or strongly preferred.

Develop and maintain Golang applications, design and implement software solutions with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, ensure code quality and performance, participate in code reviews, and contribute to system design discussions in a remote contract role.

Deliver cloud application modernization engagements for enterprise customers. Collaborate with executives, development leads, partners, sales teams, and technical stakeholders; manage scope, priorities, risks, deliverables, and timelines; design and oversee cloud-native application architectures and deployments; create reusable methodologies and thought-leadership assets; and advocate for customer needs and product improvements.
