Leads product management for Operator and Site Applications, managing Chennai-based Product Managers and Product Owners while driving global non-functional requirements, cybersecurity, diagnostics, licensing, deployment, and software delivery alignment. Acts as the Chennai site executive, overseeing operations, vendors, facilities, compliance, culture, talent growth, and cross-functional coordination with global teams in the US and New Zealand.

Coordinate Professional Services projects by managing project setup, consulting requests, resource requests, system-of-record maintenance, customer inquiries, project metrics, deliverables, and internal communication repositories. Collaborate with managers across teams, maintain data integrity, identify operational bottlenecks, improve workflows, and resolve issues while balancing competing priorities and supporting US-based teams on a night-shift schedule.

Leads a full-stack engineering team of 2–5 developers while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, code reviews, and complex technical issues. Owns functional specifications, user stories, high-level designs, agile planning, estimation, delivery management, and status reporting. Partners with architecture and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable cloud-native web applications using .NET, React, SQL, Azure, APIs, and CI/CD practices.
