Oversee health, safety and environment (HSE) for data centre construction projects across multiple sites. Conduct daily site visits, audits, safety walks, report incidents and near-misses, manage contractor inductions, ensure corrective actions, prepare monthly safety assessment reports, and support project management to achieve zero incidents and compliance with client protocols.

Maintains financial records in Microsoft Dynamics 365, prepares aging and expenditure reports, and handles administrative finance tasks. Lead and manage civil, structural and architectural (CSA) design and construction for a data centre. Coordinate design reviews, validate structural calculations and drawings, drive value engineering, oversee site works and inspections, resolve technical issues, manage tenders and consultants, enforce quality, ensure code compliance, track risks and deliverables, support commissioning, and prepare progress reports and handover documentation.

Lead site-based CSA activities for data centre projects: manage contractors, ensure compliance with design, safety and quality, coordinate stakeholders, produce reports, and support project leadership.

Support day-to-day finance operations for Japan and Korea, including accounts payable/receivable, expense management, bank reconciliations, month-end tasks, payroll/tax liaison, and bookkeeping in the ERP system.

Partner with leaders to diagnose skill gaps, design and deliver blended learning (including LMS and virtual delivery), measure training impact, and lead the Early Careers program (graduate/cadet intake, assessments, events, reporting). Manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate recruitment activities with Talent Acquisition, and support continuous improvement and compliance (SOX, H&S, quality).

Manage complex GMP pharmaceutical and construction projects from design handover through operational completion. Responsibilities include project planning, procurement, stakeholder and contractor coordination, scope, schedule, risk, safety, compliance, quality, change control, reporting, governance, and project documentation. The role acts as the client representative, leads project meetings, coordinates consultants and contractors, and supports programme and commercial management within a regulated project environment.
