Leads the design, deployment, commissioning, implementation, and integration of SCADA systems for large utility and infrastructure projects. Requires expertise across power, water, sewage, district cooling, campuses, and smart-city environments, including experience delivering projects valued at ₹100+ crore or equivalent. The role requires an electrical or automation engineering degree and at least 12 years of professional experience, including 8 years focused on SCADA systems for major infrastructure projects.

Lead end-to-end procurement, sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, vendor management, and commercial oversight for a corporate real estate portfolio in Hong Kong. Develop category strategies, manage competitive bids, negotiate agreements, monitor supplier performance, mitigate procurement and contractual risks, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, and support budgeting, cost optimization, audits, and claims resolution across workplace, construction, fit-out, infrastructure, and professional services categories.
