Oversee health, safety and environment (HSE) for data centre construction projects across multiple sites. Conduct daily site visits, audits, safety walks, report incidents and near-misses, manage contractor inductions, ensure corrective actions, prepare monthly safety assessment reports, and support project management to achieve zero incidents and compliance with client protocols.

Maintain HRIS and employee data; prepare employment contracts and offer letters; coordinate onboarding and offboarding; manage benefits enrollment and vendor queries; support payroll/annual tax and benefits processes; ensure compliance with Japanese labor law; handle HR reporting, employee requests, and employee engagement initiatives.

Lead planning and execution of advanced manufacturing/industrial construction projects: define success criteria, develop schedules, monitor budgets, manage change control, lead cross-functional teams, ensure governance, safety and quality compliance, and act as client contact while capturing lessons learned.
