Source and screen external passive candidates, manage a portfolio of 10–12 searches, build candidate pipelines, develop interview protocols, track applicants in ATS, perform reference checks, and support smooth onboarding while ensuring legal compliance.

Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies, conduct inspections and audits, lead safety briefings and training, enforce PPE and safety protocols, investigate incidents and prepare reports, oversee high-risk activities, maintain safety documentation and permits, and support emergency response planning and drills.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate and construction roles (project management, construction, sales, leasing, corporate support). Build talent pipelines, source and screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, promote employer brand, ensure compliance, and track recruitment metrics to inform leadership.
