Build and deploy AI-powered solutions for enterprise and campus customers. Scope environments, prototype agentic AI applications, design secure multi-tenant and hybrid architectures, and harden successful prototypes into production. Own identity, encryption, networking, CI/CD, observability, and production support within customer environments. Collaborate with product, AI, data, and program teams to standardize repeatable solutions. The role is highly customer-facing and requires regular domestic and occasional international travel.

Design and prototype scalable, skill-aligned online learning experiences for Coursera-produced content and APAC partners. Translate SME expertise into vendor-ready deliverables, create assessment specifications, enforce design standards, QA vendor production, and contribute to pedagogical R&D and AI-assisted tooling to measure and improve learning outcomes.

Drive operational efficiency for partner account management by identifying workflow bottlenecks, implementing automations (including GenAI), managing technical projects, establishing SOPs and metrics, and leading change across cross-functional teams to scale partner content launches and account operations.
