Lead and manage mainframe engineering teams supporting Hogan core banking on IBM z/OS. Drive COBOL/CICS/IMS modernization, implement DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, ensure performance/resiliency, lead incident response, coach engineers, and partner on architecture, security, and talent management.
