Process and balance mortgage payments and funds within 48 hours, research and resolve rejected or misapplied funds, follow department and investor guidelines, use mortgage cash-flow systems, and maintain accurate records and communication.

Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service/CPQ). Build Apex, LWC/Aura, Visualforce, integrations (REST/SOAP), and declarative automations. Participate in CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, ensure security/compliance, and collaborate with product and business teams to deliver reliable, maintainable platform solutions.
