Leads small- to mid-sized IT software projects from planning through implementation and post-project evaluation. Develops project plans, manages resources, risks, requirements, documentation, schedules, communications, and stakeholder relationships. Coordinates cross-functional teams, facilitates meetings, resolves issues, prepares status reports, supports Agile and traditional delivery methods, and guides software implementation, training, and client handoff. The role also coaches teams, communicates with senior leadership, and ensures projects meet quality, timeline, and customer expectations.

Research newly launched technology products, create and maintain accurate Magento product listings, update specifications and pricing, audit catalog data, validate information using AI-powered tools, and monitor competitors. The role requires strong attention to detail, product research and analytical skills, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
