Supports enterprise storage sales through customer evaluations, benchmarks, configurations, installations, technical presentations, architecture blueprints, and sales strategy. Partners with R&D on product requirements and usability, leads technical account responsibilities, and develops sales engineering, field engineering, and support organizations. Requires expertise in storage architectures, unstructured data applications, analytics frameworks, virtualization, networking, and security.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will resolve customer technical issues, perform installations, upgrade systems, and support field services while maintaining customer relationships.

Support sales by running evaluations, benchmarks, configurations, and installations; create architecture blueprints and product specifications; advise on storage, distributed architectures, and competitive solutions; work with R&D and lead hiring and development of sales and field engineering teams.
