The AI SEO Analyst develops and executes technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies across content types. Responsibilities include keyword research, metadata and schema optimization, AI prompt refinement, review of AI-generated content, ranking and traffic analysis, performance reporting, and workflow improvement. The role collaborates with editors, strategists, and developers, supports junior team members, maintains prompt libraries, and works a 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST night shift in Chennai.

Designs and implements AI-driven solutions for clients using Vendasta’s platform. Responsibilities include consulting on business objectives, configuring and validating AI workflows, troubleshooting, demonstrating solutions, training clients, and monitoring AI performance. The role also optimizes AI outputs, automates repetitive tasks, and translates complex AI concepts into business value for small and medium-sized businesses.

Manage and QA paid search and social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and Instagram. Implement and verify conversion tracking, monitor performance through AI-enabled tools, identify optimization opportunities, conduct keyword and competitive research, refine ad copy, validate creative assets, troubleshoot campaign issues, and support fulfillment teams. The role also contributes to prompt libraries and AI-driven marketing workflows.

Provide omnichannel customer and technical support across phone, email, chat, and video. Use AI tools to improve resolution speed and accuracy, maintain support documentation, gather customer feedback, conduct product walkthroughs, troubleshoot software issues, and escalate bugs. Track metrics including CSAT, response time, AI tool compliance, and tagging accuracy while collaborating with product and support teams.

Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and QA responsive websites using WordPress, Website Pro, and other CMS platforms. Handle complex layouts, widgets, plugin issues, and WooCommerce integrations. Use AI tools and prompt refinement to improve content, design, and production workflows. Lead complex Zendesk tickets, communicate with clients, mentor junior teammates, apply SEO and accessibility practices, configure analytics and tag managers, and recommend user-experience and conversion improvements.

Improve client discoverability through on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO. Conduct keyword research, content mapping, backlink analysis, competitor research, and performance reporting using SEO and AI tools. Optimize content for organic search, AI-powered discovery, voice search, and local results. Support link-building, audits, A/B testing, dashboards, prompt refinement, and cross-functional SEO initiatives while following established processes.
