Build and maintain the technical infrastructure powering revenue operations. Responsibilities include connecting CRM, marketing automation, billing, and product systems; automating lead routing, scoring, enrichment, lifecycle workflows, and sales processes; maintaining data hygiene and attribution; and developing AI-powered agentic systems, predictive models, and prompt libraries. The role partners with Revenue, R&D, and Data teams to improve scalability, forecasting, productivity, and deal-risk management.

Drive operational excellence by designing scalable workflows, building AI-enhanced automation, managing financial operations and workforce planning, and delivering executive-ready dashboards and reports. Own projects end-to-end, maintain SOPs, enable training documentation, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve visibility, consistency, and efficiency for the division.

Provide guided onboarding and partner setup using SOPs and AI-assisted workflows, deliver introductory dashboard walkthroughs, maintain CRM session notes, escalate technical issues to cross-functional teams, and use AI tools to generate post-session summaries and resources.

Leads technical direction while designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native software and AI-enabled systems. The role mentors engineers, drives responsible AI adoption, supports architecture and technical vision, contributes to sprint planning, improves CI/CD and automated testing, and strengthens incident readiness. It also promotes engineering culture through documentation, knowledge sharing, reusable prompt libraries, internal tools, and AI-focused collaboration.

Support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, treasury, accounts payable, and audit requests. Prepare financial reports, analyze P&L variances, use ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and AI-enabled workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency, and collaborate across finance and cross-functional teams.

Own and execute product vision and roadmap for AI-driven B2B SaaS solutions. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and success to define requirements, prioritize backlog, run experiments, analyze data and user feedback, and drive adoption. Use generative AI and analytics tools to surface insights, summarize research, and optimize product outcomes.

Embed with customer engineering teams to implement and optimize Vendasta's AI-powered platform, uncover gaps and opportunities, translate onsite findings into product roadmap input, handle technical customer conversations, and solve diverse technical problems across customer stacks while traveling regularly to client sites.

Execute and optimize SEO strategies across pages and channels using AI-assisted workflows. Perform keyword research, metadata and schema optimization, prompt refinement for AI outputs, monitor rankings and analytics (GA4, GSC, SEMrush), generate reports, QA junior deliverables, and collaborate with content and development teams to improve organic visibility and SEO processes.

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. Manage front-desk operations, calls, mail, inventory, travel logistics, OHS committee duties, basic equipment troubleshooting, and plan employee events. Leverage Google Workspace and basic AI tools to streamline administrative processes and improve workplace engagement.

Build, maintain, and optimize partner websites using AI-enhanced workflows. Create prompt templates and automation, perform QA, ensure SEO and accessibility, troubleshoot CMS issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality client experiences.
