Manage end-to-end accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities. The role independently supports finance operations and requires accurate documentation, deadline management, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Develop and execute sales strategies for interior and exterior products targeting architects, designers, builders, contractors, consultants, and real estate developers. Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and inbound inquiries; conduct product presentations and technical discussions; manage client relationships and negotiations; monitor market activity; achieve sales targets; coordinate with marketing and technical teams; and prepare sales reports.

Drive domestic new business through account-based marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, social media engagement, lead generation, prospect demos, and conversion activities. Manage key accounts, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, and represent the company at industry forums, events, and client meetings to build relationships and expand revenue.

Manage B2B and project sales operations across the South Region, including territory growth, market penetration, revenue and profitability, sales targets, pipeline development, client relationships, key accounts, payment collection, and partner engagement. Analyze market data, promote products, prepare business reports, and identify new market opportunities. The role requires client-facing communication, negotiation, knowledge of interior solutions, regional travel, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Develops regional B2B and B2C sales, manages dealers and channel partners, follows up on leads, coordinates orders and logistics, supports implementations, analyzes sales performance, forecasts demand, and conducts product training and presentations for dealers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Monitor performance using Google Analytics, prepare reports, support sales with digital lead generation, and collaborate on blogs, case studies, and website content.

Drive regional B2B and B2C business development, retail sales, and dealer/channel management for bath, kitchen, and water products. Manage leads, customer and partner relationships, site visits, events, training, sales implementation, orders, dispatch, logistics coordination, MIS reporting, sales forecasting, and product presentations. Coordinate with customer service, marketing, technical teams, vendors, and service providers while supporting after-sales and technical requirements.

Conduct cold calling, prospecting, regional and international outreach, follow-ups, appointment setting, and lead qualification for the sales pipeline. Engage prospects in English, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada, with a US accent required for overseas calling. Coordinate online or in-person meetings with the business development team and use strong listening, interpersonal, and persuasion skills to support pre-sales activities and achieve lead-generation targets.

Perform accurate data entry and verification for background verification records, organize and update candidate documentation, conduct quality checks, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strict confidentiality. The role requires strong typing accuracy, basic MS Office and data-handling knowledge, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
