Manage end-to-end accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities. Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, payments, audit coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements. The role independently supports finance operations and requires accurate documentation, deadline management, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Oversee daily customer service operations, supervise and train support representatives, resolve escalations, develop service policies, monitor KPIs, analyze customer feedback, manage support tools and data updates, ensure compliance, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experience.

Designs, develops, maintains, and optimizes scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions. Builds ETL/ELT workflows, data models, database structures, and orchestration processes using the Microsoft Azure Data Stack. Collaborates with stakeholders, data scientists, and reporting teams to deliver reliable data for analytics and decision-making. Requires strong SQL, programming, data modeling, Azure, and Agile development experience.
