Lead a global APAC channel team to drive revenue growth through partner strategies, sales meetings, contract negotiations, forecasting, quota setting, and churn management. Coach and develop Channel Account Managers, analyze sales and market data, collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, and oversee productivity and performance planning in a hybrid work environment.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end AI/ML solutions (personalization/recommendation). Build, deploy, monitor scalable deep learning models (including transformer architectures), analyze structured and unstructured data, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with global stakeholders to translate models into business impact.
