Manage end-to-end Tier 4 data center infrastructure projects, including design, construction, commissioning, operations, cooling, electrical, and control systems. Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, subcontractors, customer coordination, risk management, budgeting, safety, compliance, training, reporting, and project closeout. Design electrical systems for CRAH, thermal wall, and chiller products, including schematics, panel layouts, wiring documentation, component selection, bills of materials, and manufacturing drawings. Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, suppliers, and production teams on NPDI, compliance, issue resolution, cost reduction, and engineering changes. Support electrical safety, reliability, serviceability, product validation, and regulatory compliance across standard and engineered-to-order products.

Designs and develops chiller and data center cooling products through thermodynamic calculations, component selection, testing, validation, and product launch. Performs heat-load, refrigeration-cycle, heat-transfer, fluid-dynamics, and performance analyses; investigates technical issues; supports engineered-to-order solutions; and collaborates with multidisciplinary global teams. The role also contributes to documentation, cost optimization, reliability, compliance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Design electrical systems for cooling and thermal equipment, including schematics, panel layouts, wiring, harnesses, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation. Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, suppliers, and production teams on NPDI, compliance, component selection, issue resolution, cost reduction, and engineering changes. Ensure designs meet safety, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, customer, and international electrical standards requirements.

Manages engineering change requests and orders, product data, BOMs, revisions, configurations, and documentation across PLM and ERP systems. Validates change packages, coordinates cross-functional approvals, analyzes product and manufacturing impacts, supports new product introduction and sustaining engineering, monitors implementation status, performs data cleansing and migrations, and prepares operational reports. Ensures product-data governance, accuracy, revision control, and process compliance while contributing to continuous improvement.

Designs mechanical components and assemblies for thermal management products. Creates 3D CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation; supports NPDI programs, prototypes, testing, product launches, and engineering releases. Performs calculations, tolerance analysis, design evaluations, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, validation, product management, and suppliers to improve cost, manufacturability, serviceability, and product quality.

Supports production activities and helps ensure manufacturing work is completed efficiently and according to quality standards.

Improves manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Develops quality procedures, leads engineering projects, supports production troubleshooting, applies Lean principles, manages equipment, analyzes production data, maintains documentation, trains staff, and supports safety compliance.

Perform validation and verification of distributed control system software. Create test plans, test cases, and test environments; execute tests; debug and document issues; report defects and status; collaborate with engineering and product teams; maintain test hardware and automation.

Develop and execute validation and verification test plans for Solid State Transfer Switch products. Perform functional, electrical, thermal, environmental, endurance, reliability, and safety testing. Design test procedures, fixtures, automation scripts, and data acquisition systems. Coordinate certification testing, analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, prepare reports, support prototype/FAT/customer witness testing, ensure lab equipment calibration, and mentor junior staff.

Design and develop electrical systems for Solid State Transfer Switch products, create schematics/BOMs, select and qualify components, perform electrical calculations and testing, ensure compliance with UL/IEC standards, support verification/validation and certification, lead cross-functional collaboration, troubleshoot product issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and support low-voltage control systems and electrical enclosures for new product development. Create and maintain components, coordinate prototypes and CE/UL testing, develop electrical safety tests, collaborate with mechanical, firmware, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, and support documentation and lifecycle management.

Investigate, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities in embedded and gateway firmware. Perform security analysis of firmware packages, update mechanisms, and exposed interfaces; support secure boot, firmware signing, threat modeling, SBOM management, compliance with product cybersecurity standards, and collaborate with firmware, QA, and compliance teams to embed security-by-design.
