Lead data center projects focusing on UPS/power or HVAC systems. Manage delivery, quality, cost, schedules (MS Project), inspections, installation, testing and commissioning, and coordinate factory, engineering, procurement, logistics and site teams.

Leads the Pune and/or Chakan thermal management engineering team and oversees engineering execution for chilled water products, including chillers, CRAH units, and Thermal Wall solutions. Drives new product development, sustaining engineering, validation, design reviews, cost reduction, localization, manufacturing readiness, and regulatory compliance. Provides technical leadership in thermodynamics, refrigeration, controls, and fluid systems while coordinating with global engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, suppliers, customers, and test laboratories. Coaches team members and supports continuous improvement in a global environment.

Lead project quality management for EPC/MEPF projects: develop and implement Project Quality Management and Inspection Plans; set and track quality objectives; conduct audits, manage nonconformities, investigate incidents, drive corrective actions, deliver quality training, serve as primary external quality contact, and support continuous improvement and PIPM duties as assigned.

Investigate and remediate firmware vulnerabilities, perform security analysis of firmware and update mechanisms, support secure boot and signing, conduct threat modeling and risk assessments, maintain SBOMs and supplier security documentation, ensure alignment with product cybersecurity standards, and collaborate with firmware, QA, and compliance teams to embed security-by-design.

Design and support low-voltage control systems and electrical enclosures for new product development. Create and maintain components, coordinate prototypes and CE/UL testing, develop electrical safety tests, collaborate with mechanical, firmware, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, and support documentation and lifecycle management.

Lead design, development, and testing of electrical control panels and wire harnesses. Create electric schematics and power/control wiring drawings using AutoCAD Electrical, Eplan and Creo. Size switchgear/instruments, manage BOMs in Oracle, perform PLC/HMI and VFD/MCC/APFC panel work, coordinate projects, and interact with customers.

Investigate, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities in embedded and gateway firmware. Perform security analysis of firmware packages, update mechanisms, and exposed interfaces; support secure boot, firmware signing, threat modeling, SBOM management, compliance with product cybersecurity standards, and collaborate with firmware, QA, and compliance teams to embed security-by-design.

Develop and execute validation and verification test plans for Solid State Transfer Switch products. Perform functional, electrical, thermal, environmental, endurance, reliability, and safety testing. Design test procedures, fixtures, automation scripts, and data acquisition systems. Coordinate certification testing, analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, prepare reports, support prototype/FAT/customer witness testing, ensure lab equipment calibration, and mentor junior staff.

Design and develop electrical systems for Solid State Transfer Switch products, create schematics/BOMs, select and qualify components, perform electrical calculations and testing, ensure compliance with UL/IEC standards, support verification/validation and certification, lead cross-functional collaboration, troubleshoot product issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Perform validation and verification of distributed control system software. Create test plans, test cases, and test environments; execute tests; debug and document issues; report defects and status; collaborate with engineering and product teams; maintain test hardware and automation.
