Own end-to-end Google Ads strategy and execution with Local Services Ads (LSA) as a core focus. Manage and optimize search, display, shopping, and Meta campaigns, run A/B tests, monitor budgets and lead quality, connect ad performance to leads/booked jobs, and build performance reporting. Collaborate with team on landing pages, offer alignment, and lead follow-up systems using home services industry knowledge.

Manage 8–10 home services client accounts as the primary SEO contact. Lead onboarding and strategy reviews, audit local search performance, optimize Google Business Profiles and WordPress sites, manage citations, monitor rankings and leads, and translate analytics into actionable recommendations. The role requires strong local SEO expertise, proactive client communication, and comfort using AI and automation tools. Support social media efforts when needed and work U.S. Central or Eastern Time hours from Latin America or Europe.

Own and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud and CX tech stack for global fintech kiosk operations: configure CRM, manage CTI/telephony roadmap, support integrations, build dashboards and reports, troubleshoot users, and deliver insights to support and leadership.
