Primary client-facing role managing 8-10 home services accounts end-to-end: audit local search, build and execute SEO strategies, optimize Google Business Profiles, implement on-site WordPress SEO, manage citations, monitor performance with BrightLocal/Whitespark/GSC/GA4, support social media where needed, and use AI/automation to scale work while communicating results to business owners.

Review and verify seller-submitted vehicle information, documents, and photos in a proprietary CRM; contact sellers by phone and text to resolve discrepancies; log outcomes and meet daily/weekly quality and throughput targets.

Provide administrative and billing support for a boutique law firm: manage attorney inboxes, handle client calls, use Lawmatics and Clio Manage for intake and file maintenance, export billable time to Excel and prepare weekly invoices, and support ad-hoc administrative tasks while improving internal workflows.
