Lead quality assurance for telecom and networking products through test planning, functional and non-functional testing, automation, API validation, release management, and defect tracking. Design testing frameworks using Playwright, JMeter, Rest Assured, TestNG, Cucumber, Java, and Python. Support CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, vulnerability testing, and DevOps practices while mentoring engineers and collaborating with development teams to improve test coverage and product reliability.

Owns product strategy, backlog, roadmap, and go-to-market alignment for AIOps and Agentic AI capabilities in a telecom platform. Defines AI/ML product requirements, multi-agent workflows, guardrails, evaluation metrics, and operator outcomes. Partners with global R&D, architecture, field, and commercial teams while supporting customer briefs, competitive analysis, and operator bids. Requires strong telecom operations knowledge, AI/ML literacy, technical product documentation skills, and experience delivering B2B technology products from inception through general availability.

The Intern will assist in automated testing of web applications using Selenium and other tools, collaborating with teams to ensure product quality.
