Owns product strategy, backlog, roadmap, and go-to-market alignment for AIOps and Agentic AI capabilities in a telecom platform. Defines AI/ML product requirements, multi-agent workflows, guardrails, evaluation metrics, and operator outcomes. Partners with global R&D, architecture, field, and commercial teams while supporting customer briefs, competitive analysis, and operator bids. Requires strong telecom operations knowledge, AI/ML literacy, technical product documentation skills, and experience delivering B2B technology products from inception through general availability.

Build and own fault-management modules end-to-end: design LLDs, implement near-real-time Kafka Streams and Spark pipelines, develop Java/Spring Boot microservices, debug distributed JVM systems, handle production incidents, and integrate LLM/AI-assisted tooling for fault detection and resolution.

The Intern will assist in automated testing of web applications using Selenium and other tools, collaborating with teams to ensure product quality.
