Lead and manage a software engineering team to deliver cloud-native SaaS products across the full lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance. Drive engineering best practices, agile processes, performance metrics, cross-team coordination, and continuous improvement while meeting quality, schedule, budget and KPI targets.

Build and own fault-management modules end-to-end: design LLDs, implement near-real-time Kafka Streams and Spark pipelines, develop Java/Spring Boot microservices, debug distributed JVM systems, handle production incidents, and integrate LLM/AI-assisted tooling for fault detection and resolution.

The Intern will assist in automated testing of web applications using Selenium and other tools, collaborating with teams to ensure product quality.
