Manage sales across OEM, distributor, and end-user channels in Southern India. Generate leads, proposals, tenders, partnerships, and new product opportunities; negotiate and close orders; achieve booking and sales targets; grow market share; manage customer and dealer requirements, accounts receivable, vendor approvals, and competitor intelligence. The role also coordinates regional projects and customer interactions with engineering teams.

Designs and improves electronics assembly processes, transfers new products into mass production, prepares manufacturing documentation, analyzes PCBA failures, supports qualification and troubleshooting, develops automation and fixtures, trains operators on ESD and digital setups, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires electronics manufacturing expertise, SMT and PCBA knowledge, circuit debugging, embedded systems, communication protocols, electrical testing, failure analysis, NPI, and cross-functional collaboration.
