The role requires collaboration with managers, preparation of HR reports and presentations, grievance support, and experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.

Manage sales across OEM, distributor, and end-user channels in Southern India. Generate leads, proposals, tenders, partnerships, and new product opportunities; negotiate and close orders; achieve booking and sales targets; grow market share; manage customer and dealer requirements, accounts receivable, vendor approvals, and competitor intelligence. The role also coordinates regional projects and customer interactions with engineering teams.
