Lead the architecture, strategy, and hands-on evolution of a large-scale service mesh platform across Kubernetes environments. Responsibilities include traffic management, secure service connectivity, platform automation, observability, reliability engineering, incident response, multi-cluster deployments, and zero-trust controls. The role partners across engineering, SRE, networking, and security teams, mentors engineers, establishes standards and SLOs, evaluates emerging mesh capabilities, and drives organization-wide adoption.

Design, build, test, and support user-facing features for TRACE and OMS. Develop responsive, accessible React/TypeScript apps using microfrontends, create Node.js services, integrate with GraphQL/REST/Java APIs, implement automated tests and CI/CD, monitor production, diagnose defects and performance, and collaborate with product and design teams.

Lead technical vision and architecture for a global, mission-critical IAM platform. Drive authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and policy enforcement at enterprise scale. Partner with security, infrastructure, and product teams to modernize IAM (zero-trust, machine identity, policy-as-code), set standards, mentor senior engineers, improve reliability, observability, and security, and deliver cross-team, multi-region solutions supporting millions of users.
