Designs manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance processes across discrete, process, and repetitive environments using S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Best Practices. Collaborates with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams on requirements, workshops, functional specifications, interfaces, RICEFW developments, defect resolution, and process improvements. Requires cross-module integration expertise and travel to client locations as needed.

Lead ServiceNow software asset management development and implementation. Manage SAM Pro, software asset lifecycles, license compliance, reconciliation, entitlements, normalization, and license metrics. Configure and develop JavaScript, Glide API, business rules, client scripts, script includes, workflows, integrations, and MID Server solutions. Support end-to-end SAM implementations and migrations while integrating CMDB and ITAM processes.

Manage end-to-end government liaison activities for real estate projects, including documentation, applications, statutory approvals, NOCs, clearances, follow-ups, and issue resolution. Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, architects, legal teams, and internal project stakeholders. Track approval timelines, monitor regulatory changes, support land acquisition and development permissions, maintain compliance records, and prepare management reports on approval status and pending matters.
