Provides administrative and operational support for a warehouse or facility, including inventory control, e-way bills, receiving and shipping paperwork, purchasing support, reporting, invoice reconciliation, freight claims, warehouse order processing, and compliance activities. Coordinates receiving appointments, maintains supplies and equipment, supports health and safety, assists with training, and resolves inventory discrepancies. Requires strong communication, computer, organizational, and multitasking skills, with occasional travel up to 25%.

Manages inventory accounting and month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, cost adjustments, variance analysis, reserves, and financial reporting. Partners with supply chain and operations teams to strengthen controls and inventory governance. Supports audits, physical counts, ERP implementations, process improvements, and compliance with GAAP and SOX standards.
