Build and maintain backend integrations between internal applications and external platforms. Design reusable integration frameworks, SDKs, and microservices; automate workflows; monitor reliability; troubleshoot issues; and ensure secure authentication and data consistency. Collaborate with product and AI teams to deliver scalable integrations using APIs, asynchronous data flows, webhooks, and message queues. Work independently from concept through production while supporting fast delivery and strong documentation.

Owner of the manual and test automation ecosystem: design and execute manual test cases, perform functional/regression/usability/exploratory/API testing, document and report reproducible bugs, verify fixes, maintain test documentation and metrics, support automation by providing coverage insights and validating automated results, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure weekly bug-free releases.

Voice Data Contributors complete short voice recordings to aid in AI training for speech systems, following instructions for accuracy and clarity.
