Leads supply chain management and administrative services for WV India. Oversees strategic sourcing, procurement planning, supplier contracts, compliance, risk mitigation, procurement analytics, systems optimization, and cost reduction. Manages administrative systems, asset insurance, office guidelines, external agency relationships, and committee decisions. Provides leadership, coaching, training, performance management, and cross-country coordination while ensuring policies, controls, and global standards are implemented effectively.

Leads integrated fundraising and brand campaigns across digital, face-to-face, corporate, communications, and donor-retention channels. Provides strategic and creative leadership, develops campaign themes and messaging, guides content and creative execution, aligns cross-functional teams, and optimizes donor acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention. Oversees campaign performance reviews, knowledge management, external partners, and brand consistency while supporting organizational fundraising growth.

Lead negotiation, lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation for commercial contracts and fee-for-service agreements. Identify commercial funding opportunities, develop cost proposals and pricing strategies, build donor/partner relationships, and implement contract management systems and analytics to protect organisational interests and maximise programme delivery.
