Quota-carrying enterprise sales role focused on generating, qualifying, and closing AI opportunities across an assigned region. Partner with field teams and AI ecosystem partners, craft executive-quality pitch decks and proposals, manage CRM and forecasts, and translate AI technologies into business value. Drive both infrastructure/product sales and consulting engagements through the full sales cycle while embedding into account planning and co-selling motions.

Serve as the technical pre-sales architect for regional AI PODs: design end-to-end AI architectures (GPU clusters, networking, storage, MLOps, inference), validate solutions with NVIDIA and cloud partners, lead technical discovery and proofs-of-concept through the ATC, and ensure clean handoff to delivery while driving deal momentum.

Serve as a senior functional SME for Oracle Cloud and R12 financial modules (O2C, P2P, Projects). Own complex incidents, stakeholder communication, mentoring, configuration, testing, integrations, reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher), SQL-based analysis, quarterly updates/patching, and continuous improvement including AI-led productivity initiatives.

Serve as the primary functional SME for Oracle Cloud PPM: gather requirements, design and configure Project Costing/Billing solutions, lead testing and UAT, provide day-to-day support, run root-cause analysis, coordinate upgrades/patches, maintain documentation, drive training, and support data migration and reporting using OTBI/BI Publisher and SQL.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and databases; integrate AI capabilities; participate in Agile ceremonies, testing, release planning, and provide post-production support including periodic on-call rotation.

Provide expert Level 3 support for CyberArk and One Identity PAM solutions: troubleshoot complex IAM/PAM issues, perform root cause analysis, manage deployments/upgrades, optimize performance, document procedures, and mentor Level 1/2 teams while ensuring security and compliance across enterprise multi-tenant environments.

Lead and develop a global Project Coordinator (PC) team within the PMO. Ensure PMO standards, financial hygiene, and delivery rigor across projects. Coach, mentor, and train PCs, manage staffing and utilization, oversee quality assurance of PC deliverables, track schedule/scope/financial performance, and collaborate with sales, solution leads, and delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Develop, support and maintain Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP technical solutions for Finance modules. Build PL/SQL packages, reports, data models, and integrations; troubleshoot production issues; participate in testing, documentation, and cloud/patch updates while collaborating with analysts and senior developers.

The Level 2 Azure Support Engineer provides technical support for Microsoft Azure services, resolving incidents, managing service requests, and monitoring environments. The role involves collaboration with other engineers and requires strong Azure infrastructure knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and teamwork.

Provide L3/L4 Azure support and operations for multi-tenant environments: monitor and maintain Azure IaaS/PaaS, respond to incidents and on-call rotations, drive priority incident escalations and RCAs, automate operational tasks, optimize costs, enforce governance and security controls, collaborate with Microsoft/vendors, engage clients and stakeholders, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Responsible for system administration, technical support, and infrastructure management in a 24x7 environment, focusing on Microsoft technologies and virtualization.
