Leads one or two software engineering teams building scalable backend and frontend applications. Responsibilities include people management, mentoring, performance evaluations, technical direction, hands-on coding, code reviews, project delivery, engineering excellence, test automation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires expertise in concurrent, distributed, and high-performance systems while fostering agile, autonomous, and high-performing teams.

Lead complex, cross-team technical programs spanning mobile, backend, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and operations. Build roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate releases, track delivery and business metrics, and communicate with technical teams and senior stakeholders. Improve engineering processes, documentation, incident follow-ups, and delivery tooling while supporting launches across India, Singapore, and other regional markets.

Own the end-to-end architecture for payments and money movement across multi-currency wallets, ledgers, card issuing, FX, transfers, settlement, reconciliation, and platform services. Define resilient, compliant, high-availability systems; guide partner and vendor integrations; establish engineering standards and architecture documentation; and mentor senior technical leaders. The role requires hands-on production engineering experience with financial ledgers, card schemes, regulated environments, and multi-market payment systems.

Design and develop scalable, secure backend systems for high-volume payment workflows. Build distributed services, integrations, and transactional systems; optimize performance and reliability; implement automated testing; resolve production issues; and contribute to architecture, code reviews, documentation, mentoring, and hiring.

Develop and optimize secure, scalable backend applications using Golang or another strong backend language. Responsibilities include designing distributed systems and microservices, implementing automated tests, improving application performance and reliability, troubleshooting complex issues, participating in architecture and code reviews, documenting technical solutions, and mentoring or evaluating engineers.

Designs and manages scalable AWS infrastructure, including VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and EKS. Develops Terraform infrastructure as code, improves CI/CD and cloud-native application delivery, and implements monitoring, logging, and alerting. Leads incident response, troubleshooting, security controls, and operational improvements while mentoring junior engineers and evaluating emerging AWS technologies.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Flutter applications for iOS and Android. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features, optimize performance, resolve bugs, integrate APIs and native modules, and maintain automated tests. Work with Swift and Kotlin hybrid integrations, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and improve mobile architecture using current Flutter and Dart advancements.

Install and maintain hardware, software, SaaS applications, office networks, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot user hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, onboard new hires, train users, support office equipment, maintain corporate asset inventories, coordinate with vendors, monitor systems and security logs, and assist with information security audits.
