Design, develop, and lead high-performance, secure, scalable backend applications using Golang. Responsibilities include architecting distributed systems and microservices, optimizing reliability and performance, implementing automated tests, troubleshooting complex issues, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, documenting solutions, and supporting recruitment activities.

Install and maintain hardware, software, SaaS applications, office networks, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot user hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, onboard new hires, train users, support office equipment, maintain corporate asset inventories, coordinate with vendors, monitor systems and security logs, and assist with information security audits.
