Lead design and development of high-performance, secure backend services in Golang. Architect microservices, optimize performance and scalability, implement automated unit and integration tests, mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and participate in hiring.

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Flutter) and native iOS components. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend engineers; optimize performance; diagnose and fix bugs; integrate APIs and native modules; implement automated tests; publish and manage App Store releases; conduct peer reviews and mentor junior developers.

The Engineering Manager - QA will oversee the quality assurance for YouTrip, managing teams, defining quality roadmaps, and integrating automated testing into delivery pipelines.
