The role requires strong Indian FX ecosystem relationships, brokerage sales experience, financial-market knowledge, and effective communication and negotiation skills.

Own the full sales cycle, build market intelligence, establish strategic partnerships, and align with sales, marketing, and leadership to execute a market-focused BD plan and generate revenue.

Manage full sales lifecycle, scale and coach the local sales team, build partner and high-value client relationships, align with marketing/product, and monitor market trends to refine go-to-market execution.
