Provides technical support for customer integrations, troubleshoots incidents, manages engineering escalations, documents best practices, and educates customers on third-party products. The role captures customer feedback, identifies renewal risks and upsell opportunities, and helps drive product adoption and satisfaction. Responsibilities include investigating and replicating issues, communicating technical concepts to varied audiences, and supporting customers across CRM, marketing automation, and sales acceleration platforms.

Manage night-shift workplace operations including facilities coordination, transport and travel logistics, access and ID management, food/beverage and vendor coordination, event and meeting support, courier/visitor handling, safety and emergency support, and administrative record-keeping to ensure smooth office functioning.

Partners with account executives and customers to understand business needs, design technical solutions, deliver software demonstrations, lead evaluations, and secure technical wins. Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, documents solutions through proposals and RFPs, tracks feature requests, and applies value-selling methodologies across SaaS, sales, marketing, CRM, and automation platforms.

Implement and support ZoomInfo product integrations within client CRM and marketing automation systems. Guide clients through customized implementations, troubleshoot complex integration issues, document requirements and processes, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful deployments and client satisfaction. The role requires expertise across multiple platforms, including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Microsoft Dynamics, and ZoomInfo RevOS.

Manage strategic customer accounts by driving product adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors, develop account plans, deliver business reviews, identify adoption trends and renewal risks, coordinate internal remediation, educate customers on product releases, and communicate feedback to improve products and services.

Own the vision, roadmap, architecture, backlog, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance, covering RTR, PTP, GL, AP, Asset Accounting, Banking, reporting, and financial close. Lead solution design, enterprise integrations, agile teams, vendors, governance, testing, and executive communications. Drive scalable Finance transformation and identify AI and automation opportunities for reconciliations, exception management, payments, insights, and root-cause analysis while maintaining controls, security, auditability, and human oversight.
