Lead the evolution of ZoomInfo’s multi-cloud infrastructure and AI-search platform. Architect and operate Solr, HBase, Redis, vector-search, and Kubernetes-based stateful workloads; manage AWS and GCP infrastructure with Terraform; improve networking, observability, reliability, and performance; automate operations with Python, Go, or Bash; and lead incident response and root-cause analysis for distributed systems.

Lead the evolution of ZoomInfo’s multi-cloud infrastructure and automation platform. Design AWS and GCP environments with Terraform, manage production Kubernetes clusters, support AI workloads and diverse databases, and implement observability with Datadog and Prometheus. Automate operations using Python, Go, or Bash; manage networking, caching, and service meshes; and lead incident response, debugging, and root-cause analysis for distributed systems.

Manage strategic customer accounts by driving product adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors, develop account plans, deliver business reviews, identify adoption trends and renewal risks, coordinate internal remediation, educate customers on product releases, and communicate feedback to improve products and services.
