The Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Technical supports system integrations and development across Finance, HR, and Legal systems, driving data flow and automation. The role involves developing solutions in NetSuite and ensuring system reliability and compliance.

Design and secure enterprise data architectures and integrations across Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and other G&A systems. Build API, webhook, microservice, and file-based integrations; define data models, lineage, and ownership; implement AI and MCP-enabled automation; enforce encryption, masking, access controls, and SOX/GDPR compliance; and collaborate with business, security, and audit teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems.
