Provide technical architecture and delivery expertise for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementations and support. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution mapping, configuration, conversions, integrations, reporting, security, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support. The role requires hands-on expertise across Oracle ERP and HCM modules, technical development using PL/SQL and SQL, OTBI and FRS reporting, data conversion tools, interfaces, approvals, and SSO. The architect also oversees quality, resolves complex issues, leads deliverables, and communicates with clients.
Provide technical expertise for assigned project(s). Candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Conversions, Integrations and Reporting.
The role requires skills to understand client’s requirement, map, configure & deliver solutions in business environments within reasonable time. Job requires a fair degree of analytical skills at understanding customer's business processes.
Desired Candidate profile
• Experience: 10 + years in Oracle cloud.
• Must have Expert knowledge & working experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Conversions, Integrations and Reporting.
• Must have technical expertise in implementing and or supporting Oracle Cloud ERP. Specifically, worked on Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Requisitions and Purchasing Modules. Should have functional understanding/experience to perform transactions in application.
• Must have technical expertise in implementing and or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM. Specifically, worked on Conversions, Integrations, Reporting, Fast formulas, Workforce Management, HCM Data Models, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor & compensation modules. Should have functional understanding/experience to perform transactions in application.
• Demonstrated hands on technical experience writing code as it relates to the Oracle applications space (pl/sql, people tools, advanced SQL, OTBI Reporting)
• Referenceable quality documents, delivery oversight, and senior lead quality designs.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initiatives, as well as recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate solid leadership qualities and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion .
• Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities.
• Capacity to work well independently, as well as in a team, with the ability to collaborate with other team members and foster a team environment.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Security, Approvals, Data Conversions, OTBI, Smart View and FRS Reports.
• Should have worked on requirements gathering, mapping, configuring, testing, user training, cut-over activities, and post-go-live support.
• Should have experience on full life cycle implementation of Cloud ERP and HCM.
• Should be able to own/Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex technical issues/problems.
• Experience and comprehensive ability to discuss, ERP Data Model in Oracle Cloud.
• Understanding of core structure components in Oracle Cloud to include Work Structures and DFFs.
• Security design and Implementation (SSO).
• Data Conversion mechanisms like HDL, FBDI, Oracle REST, Oracle SOAP & OIC(not-mandatory).
• Report development using BI/OTBI/FRS/SmartView.
• Approval Configurations.
• Inbound/Outbound Interfaces and Integrations.
• Developing Extracts & security implementation.
