Summary
Highstreet IT is seeking a seasoned Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations across global clients. This role requires a strategic leader with deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM, proven delivery excellence, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end PPM implementations, strengthening delivery capabilities, and contributing to Highstreet’s growth by enabling scalable, high-quality solutions. This is a leadership position that blends client engagement, solution architecture, and team development
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management)
• Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations.
• Drive project governance including scope management, delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders
• Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for PPM solutions.
• Strengthen PPM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks
• Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across PPM programs.
• Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams.
• Support hiring, training, and knowledge development initiatives for the PPM skill pool.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
• Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
Required Experience and Skills
• 12–18+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in Oracle PPM (Cloud preferred)
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
• Deep expertise in: Project Costing , Project Billing , Grants Management , Resource Management
• Strong understanding of integration points with Financials, HCM, and Procurement
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills and Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, tagged along with strategic thinking with execution excellence
