1. Implementation and Customizations
• Customize and configure Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud modules based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into system customizations.
2. Integration Development
• Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM/ERP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, time tracking).
• Utilize tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware for seamless data exchange.
• Ready to learn tools within the organization
3. Reports and Fast Formula Development:
• Design and implement fast formulas to meet the client requirements
• Design and implement reports to meet the client requirements.
4. Data Migration
• Plan and execute the migration of employee data from legacy systems to Oracle HCM/ERP
• Ensure data integrity and validation during the migration process.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance
• Conduct various testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing.
6. Documentation and Training
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials for end-users.
• Provide training sessions to HR personnel and other stakeholders on system usage.
7. Support and Maintenance
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the HCM system post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues, implement patches, and ensure the system remains up to date.
8. Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project status.
9. Staying Updated
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud and industry best practices.
• Participate in relevant training and certifications to enhance skills.
10. Experience:
• At least 2- 4 years of experience As Oracle Technical Consultant.
