We are looking for a 3D Developer Intern with strong 3D modelling and animation skills to join our Immersive Technologies team. You will contribute to the creation of high-quality 3D content for XR/VR-based training products used in the Maritime, Oil & Gas, Wind, and Crisis Management sectors. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about real-time 3D and animation using Blender as their primary tool.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality, optimized 3D models of props, environments, and equipment using Blender.
Design and implement realistic animations, including object mechanics and character motions, aligned with training scenarios.
Work closely with Unity developers and instructional designers to ensure 3D assets are functional, efficient, and immersive.
Apply UV mapping, texturing, and material setup for real-time rendering in Unity.
Optimize models and animations for performance on VR platforms.
Assist with importing, testing, and troubleshooting 3D assets inside Unity.
Maintain organized asset libraries and follow established naming/versioning conventions.
We are looking for
Proficient in Blender for 3D modelling, rigging, and animation.
Solid understanding of keyframe animation, rigging, and principles of motion.
Familiarity with Unity for asset integration and testing.
Basic knowledge of texturing tools like Substance Painter or Photoshop.
Good eye for detail, scale, and proportions.
Good to Have:
Experience with simulation or training-based projects.
Familiarity with lighting and baking workflows for real-time environments.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Exposure to tools like Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D is a bonus.
