Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Account Executive - Business Development (BFSI Sector) to join our New Business Development / Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing key accounts, with a focus on digital transformation solutions and information management services. This is a strategic sales position involving 70% new business development and 30% account management, focusing on recurring revenue within highly regulated industries. Our high-performing sales team is dedicated to helping clients solve complex information management and digital challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Drive New Business and Revenue: Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on long-term, recurring revenue (Annual Subscription Value - ASV) by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring achievement of sales targets.

  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate and Consult: Build and maintain strong, high-level relationships with key decision-makers, including CXO levels, in target industries (such as Banking, Financial Services and Insurance - BFSI, Non-Banking Financial Companies - NBFCs, Insurance, Public Sector Undertakings - PSUs, and Hospitals) and collaborate with internal teams like Pre-Sales, Operations, and Customer Care to deliver value-driven solutions.

  • Responsibility 3: Ensure Compliance and Reporting: Lead major deal negotiations, maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ensure timely reporting, and comply with all organizational standards, including Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) and audit policies.

✅ What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) solution sales, with a proven track record in digital services or technology sales.

  • Strong knowledge of consultative/solution selling, with a background in highly regulated industries (BFSI, Insurance, NBFCs, Government, Pharma, Media) and a focus on process outsourcing, migrations, and digital transformation projects.

  • Proven ability in closing complex deals, effective stakeholder management at CXO levels, strong relationship-building, and hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
