A day in the life.
As our Account Executive on the Business Insurance team, you will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. Providing coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiating coverage and pricing with carriers, preparing proposals, and resolving billing issues will be part of your day-to-day. You will also mentor our Client Service Associates by developing their policy-checking skills and coverage knowledge.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum seven (7) + years’ experience in Business Insurance
- Property & Casualty license
- Insurance designations (CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU) designations or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Experience with Non-Profit, Education, Social Services clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Sagitta, ImageRight, Epic

The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
