Manage client relationships and drive growth by providing coverage analysis, negotiating with carriers, and mentoring Client Service Associates.

As a Business Insurance Account Associate, you will assist with client service deliverables, support team members, and manage various account tasks, including data entry and certificate issuance.

Develop and execute prospecting plans to convert prospects into clients, build referral networks, present MMA’s value proposition, align internal resources, and drive new business and retention through consultative B2B sales. Leverage Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office, engage executive-level stakeholders, and participate in a collaborative, target-driven sales environment with formal training and mentorship.

Provide reporting, governance, and administrative support for offshore Employee Health & Benefits operations. Monitor SLA/KPIs, track issues and trends, prepare management and escalation reports, collaborate on process improvements, handle client/stakeholder escalations, optimize system and process performance, and provide system access administration.

Conduct quality assurance reviews for Employee Health & Benefits operations, write/update SOPs, develop training plans and materials, engage stakeholders, monitor error trends, ensure regulatory and internal control compliance, and support SLAs/KPIs.

Support Offshore Employee Health & Benefits operations by developing and training SOPs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, managing projects and SLAs/KPIs, analyzing feedback and ad-hoc reporting, coordinating vendors and teams, and driving continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Manage client relationships for business insurance accounts, resolve billing and policy issues, assist with risk management, coordinate with producers and internal teams, and drive service excellence and growth.

Provide prompt, courteous service to business insurance clients by processing policy changes, rating, and accurate client data entry. Collaborate with team members to meet service needs and support day-to-day account administration for commercial insurance clients.
