Supports business insurance client accounts through new business and renewal preparation, policy and endorsement processing, certificates, schedules, carrier follow-up, audit review, invoicing, premium allocations, accounts receivable monitoring, and related accounting tasks. Collaborates with client teams, supports senior account associates, maintains agency management system data, prepares proposals, and helps ensure client deliverables and expectations are met.

Develop and execute prospecting plans to convert prospects into clients, build referral networks, present MMA’s value proposition, align internal resources, and drive new business and retention through consultative B2B sales. Leverage Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office, engage executive-level stakeholders, and participate in a collaborative, target-driven sales environment with formal training and mentorship.

Manage client relationships and drive growth by providing coverage analysis, negotiating with carriers, and mentoring Client Service Associates.
