As an Ad Operations Specialist on the Ad Operations team in our Gurugram office, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless setup, delivery of ad campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage campaign performance, solve operational challenges, and help clients achieve their goals through precise execution. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and the ad technology industry
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and ad ecosystem players (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Ad Exchanges)
Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking and optimization across display and search platforms
Proficiency with cost models like CPM, vCPM, CPC, CPCV, and CPA
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with platforms such as Taboola Ads, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, TTD, Outbrain, Amobee, and video ad servers like SpringServe
Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools

Troubleshooting technical and operational issues related to ad serving platforms
