About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support Specialist to assist our Director of B2B Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and wholesale operations and be capable of managing the day-to-day flow of order management and warehouse coordination with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and organize shared order trackers and documentation
- Monitor and track order and shipment statuses; escalate any delays to the internal team
- Process sample requests as needed
- Assist with completion of retailer product information/specification forms
- Enter and update orders across various internal tools (Google Sheets, WMS, NuORDER, ERP)
- Send order confirmations to retailers and flag any inconsistencies
- Coordinate with warehouse/3PL partners: request box dimensions, labels, packing slips, and shipping documents
- Support invoice preparation and data consolidation (training will be provided)
RequirementsQualifications:
- 3 + years of Admin Support experience
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience with NuORDER and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones
- Prior experience in wholesale, logistics, or supply chain operations is a plus
