Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and enable high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce and enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring Agile and Scrum principles are effectively applied while balancing delivery speed, quality, governance, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Scrum Facilitation
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile delivery teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure Agile and Scrum principles are consistently understood and applied.
- Promote disciplined Agile delivery aligned with organizational standards.
Team Coaching & Enablement
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.
- Foster collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, Architects, and stakeholders.
- Encourage a culture of transparency, accountability, and ownership.
Delivery Governance & Risk Management
- Monitor team velocity, delivery progress, dependencies, and risks.
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance.
- Support release planning and cross-team coordination.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Promote transparency through Agile metrics and reporting.
- Align delivery execution with business priorities and objectives.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate retrospectives and track improvement actions.
- Promote quality-first and shift-left practices.
- Leverage Agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown Charts, and Cycle Time.
Compliance & Governance
- Support regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain delivery documentation and traceability.
- Promote secure-by-design and compliance-aware delivery practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience with significant experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Agile delivery across multiple teams or complex programs.
- Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments (Financial Services preferred).
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD environments.
- Willing to work in UK Shifts
