Senior AI Architect responsible for designing production GenAI/ML systems, RAG/LLM architectures, vector DBs and evaluation, agentic and conversational AI (ASR), Arabic NLP quality, enterprise integrations (Oracle Fusion/Dynamics, API-first), cloud/MLOps (containers, GPU inference, CI/CD, observability, DR), security and Saudi compliance (NCA ECC, PDPL), and authoring technical proposals for government tenders.
Required expertise (must-have) - Senior AI Architect 10+ years in solution/enterprise architecture, with 3+ years architecting production AI/ML or GenAI systems. Demonstrable hands-on depth in RAG and LLM systems — vector databases, embeddings, retrieval quality, evaluation, prompt and model governance. Experience with agentic AI (tool use, orchestration, human-in-the-loop) and conversational/contact-center AI (ASR, agent assist). Working knowledge of Arabic NLP/ASR challenges and how to specify and measure Arabic quality. Enterprise integration experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Microsoft Dynamics, and API-first, real-time integration patterns. Cloud and MLOps architecture (containers, GPU inference, CI/CD, observability, DR) with in-Kingdom/sovereign deployment awareness. Solid grasp of security architecture and Saudi compliance — NCA ECC and PDPL, IAM/RBAC, encryption, data classification. Prior experience reviewing or authoring competitive technical proposals for government/enterprise tenders.
