The Role
Presidio is seeking a dynamic Solution Engineer to be a part of our Transformation Office, a strategic function responsible for driving internal transformation and enterprise-wide value creation. The Process Engineer will design, analyze, and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and quality across business workflows. They will partner with cross-functional teams to map current-state processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions that deliver measurable performance gains.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, shape, and prioritize AI use cases
- Translate business problems into AI-ready requirements and success metrics
- Educate stakeholders on what is feasible with agents/LLMs vs what is not
- Design and build AI agents and copilots across multiple platforms
- Translate business use cases into AI solutions
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems and data
- Deliver PoCs and scale to production with governance in mind
Required Key skills
- Use-case discovery and prioritization with business stakeholders
- Agentic AI design, prompt engineering, orchestration
- Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agent Framework, AI Studio
- LLM APIs, tools/functions, vector databases
- Cloud (Azure/AWS), integrations, security basics
- Use-case discovery, rapid prototyping, production rollout
Languages
- JavaScript/TypeScript (connectors, UI/backends where needed)
- Python (LLM workflows, utilities, evaluation)
- Optional: Apex (Salesforce), C#/.NET (Microsoft-heavy shops)
