We are seeking detail-oriented tax professionals to support advanced AI systems focused on tax law reasoning, compliance analysis, and legal interpretation. In this role, you will help evaluate and improve AI-generated tax content by applying deep expertise in federal tax regulations, compliance frameworks, and statutory interpretation.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated tax analyses, interpretations, and compliance-related content
- Review legal and tax documentation for technical precision and consistency
- Analyze statutory language and identify key compliance considerations and exceptions
- Contribute subject matter expertise to improve tax-related AI datasets and workflows
- Provide structured feedback to enhance model reasoning and accuracy
- Monitor and incorporate updates in U.S. tax legislation and regulatory developments
- Advanced understanding of U.S. Tax Law, compliance standards, and regulatory interpretation
- Professional certification such as CPA, EA, or CA strongly preferred
- Experience in tax compliance, advisory, audit, or legal analysis
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tax technology platforms or AI-enabled workflows
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in legal, finance, or technology environments
- Interest in applying tax expertise to AI model development and evaluation
