Skills / Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of experience in program or project management, with demonstrable success in leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies 
  • Familiarity with technology delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g. Aha!, Azure DevOps) 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Proven ability to manage risk and timelines across concurrent initiatives 
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus 

 
Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across the Private Credit platform 
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and working groups 
  • Track progress against milestones, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and ensure timely escalation and resolution 
  • Coordinate across product teams to align delivery with business goals 
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and updates for senior leadership and stakeholders 
  • Drive continuous improvement in program delivery practices and tools 
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$162,500.00 - USD$215,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
