- Strong working knowledge in payroll activities.
- Sound knowledge in country’s statutory requirements
- Validation of various payroll reports and analysis on variances.
- Analysis on potential backlogs in the process.
- Creation and maintenance of process SOP’s
- Experience in handling customer escalations.
- Experience in system transformation for Payroll
- Participated in UAT testing for payroll applications.
Education and Experience Required
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores.
- 1-2 years of total experience (Preferably in payroll)
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Demonstrated understanding of Payroll processes.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: Able to collaborate and work in various teams
- Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
